Who this covers

This policy applies to Crowd 7's internal reporting platform, used by Crowd 7 staff to manage advertising and ticketing for our clients. It is not a consumer product and is not available for public sign-up.

Google user data we access

When a client links their Google Ads account to Crowd 7's manager account, our platform reads advertising performance data from that account through the Google Ads API, including:

• Campaign and account performance metrics - ad spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and conversion value
• Account identifiers and names, and the list of accounts linked to our manager account

We request read-only access. Our platform does not create, edit, pause, or delete campaigns, ads, budgets, or billing settings.

How we use it

Solely to report on and improve the advertising campaigns we run for that client - performance dashboards, comparing advertising spend against ticket sales, and internal reporting to the client whose account it is.

How we store it

Advertising metrics are read live from Google when a Crowd 7 staff member opens a report, and are not copied into our own database. We store only the account identifier needed to know which Google Ads account belongs to which client.

How we share it

We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties. We do not use it for advertising to consumers, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models. Access is limited to Crowd 7 staff who work on that client's account.

Your control

The client owns their Google Ads account at all times. Access is granted by accepting a link request from Crowd 7's manager account, and can be revoked at any time from Google Ads (Admin - Access and security - Managers), which immediately ends our access.

Data retention

Because performance data is read live and not stored, there is nothing to retain. Account identifiers are deleted when a client relationship ends.
